Breathwork is an active meditation technique that leads to emotional release. It can change emotional default settings, lifetime patterns of depression, anxiety, and addiction. It can also help to connect you to your intuition, access your creativity, and open your heart to an increased sense of gratitude and self-love.

Your body breathes on auto pilot more than 23,000 times a day, with only 25% of our actual oxygen capacity being accessed, leaving us in a perpetual state of sympathetic response (fight or flight), versus slow and controlled breathing that induces the parasympathetic response (rest and restore).  This relaxed state influences our autonomic nervous system, endocrine, lymphatic, immune and vascular systems in profound ways that contribute to deep healing.

What to Expect

We will talk for about 20 minutes about what needs to shift and heal in your life, and then I will guide you through the Breakthrough Breathwork healing which will be approximately 50 minutes.  We will then discuss your experience and implement home-practices that will best support your integration.

During this experience, you may experience past memories, emotions, and purifications that may dislodge old habits, patterns and belief structures.  When experiencing freedom in the breath and body, new insights and choices can be much more easily accessed in future moments. 


Sessions are offered in person, over online conference call, and through international immersions and retreats.


$150 – 90-minute individual breathwork session

One session has been known to re-establish deep states of calm, peace and clarity.
