Binaural Beats

Binaural beat therapy is an emerging form of sound wave therapy. It uses the fact that the right and left ear each receive a slightly different frequency tone, yet the brain perceives these as a single tone.

We close the door to kindness, generosity, care, and presence when we condemn, judge, and shame ourselves.


Our inability to offer compassion makes it incredibly difficult to be genuinely compassionate with others as we will tend to see them through our self-judgment and critical eye.
